Good Morning to one and all I am one of the patients of your prestigious Medical Center last Tuesday, January 27, who had undergone Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). I wish to thank all the staff/employees who extended their unselfish and dedicated assistance while I was at the Center. Special mention to Dr. Hidegunda Santos, Medicard coordinator, the HMO staff (the two ladies from the billing section), Mr. Oliver Hufana and his staff (MRI section), and the nursing students who assisted at the MRI section.

“A smiling face is the mirror of our body and can heal sick
patients” – Last March I came here for check-up. I was then referred to Dr.
Espinosa so I went to his clinic. He sent me back here for EEG. The staff
downstairs at the front office did the EEG for me right away so I had the time
to go back to Dr. Espinosa who interpreted the result. It was done so fast that
we had the time to go back to Ilocos that same day. I thank the staff very much.
To Lorma as a whole, thank you so much and may God bless you all. All the staff
and employees of Lorma Hospital are very friendly. I’m very glad to see their
smiling faces every morning.

Thank you for my pleasant stay at Lorma. Keep up the excellent
care & service. Dr. Nelson Gundran is very patient, good physician. He listens
well to patient’s complaints. He shows happy disposition. Hope he’ll be a fellow

everyday. I had been to big and modern hospital in Manila, and it’s only here

Some of the new facility’s key features include:

Alvarez, Executive Director of Marketing and Administrative Services. “This new emergency department will keep our residents safe and healthy in the years to come." “As a physician, I know first hand how important the design of the facility is to our ability to provide high quality and compassionate care to our patients," says Juan V. Komiya, M.D., Medical Director at Lorma Medical Center. "The opening of our new emergency department is the result of careful planning, design, and construction and the dedicated involvement of an incredibly diverse team of people here. Most importantly, our patients will benefit from the efforts."
Located on the ground floor of the new medical arts building, the new emergency department is accessible directly from the national highway. The new facility replaces the former emergency department which, is to be transformed to become the home of the new imaging and diagnostic center. The continued upgrade of Lorma Medical Center’s facilities has helped assure that all residents of Region I will have access to high-quality emergency care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The opening of the new emergency department has been timed to coincide with a host of other campus moves. Most notably, the new MRI Center (the first and only in La Union) and the completion of the new administration wing. Other moves involving patient services have taken place or will take place during the summer as the first phase of the medical center’s campus redesign is completed. The campus redesign is being implemented to make the medical center more convenient for receiving and providing care – as well as having a more attractive, unified and efficient medical facility. ## AA |
